Dear visitor, you are entering the website of the Club “Palazzo Tornabuoni” (“the CLUB”) a private association with offices in Florence, Italy, Via Strozzi, 8.

Italian “Law on Privacy” (as it is herein defined the Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30th, 2003) requires us to make sure that you are aware of how the personal data that you may enter in this website will be processed and which rights you are granted by the Law on Privacy with respect thereto. The personal data that you may submit hereto: (a) will be processed by the CLUB for the purposes of allowing the CLUB: to providing the services you may request; to advise you of promotions or to inform you of offers or any other information that may be of interest to you; to conduct marketing research (b) may be disclosed and/or otherwise rendered available by the CLUB to third parties.

Submission of personal data is not mandatory. However should you decide not to provide them to the CLUB, the CLUB may not be able to process your requests and give you the information you are seeking.

Your personal data will be processed by the administrative staff of the CLUB primarily by way of electronic means or – should such means be unavailable – manually. The person responsible for such processing will be the Sole Director or the President of the Board of Directors of the CLUB in office from time to time whose name will be communicated to you via phone call or e-mail communication by the administrative staff of the CLUB.

With respect to your personal data you are granted the rights set forth by the section 7 of Law on Privacy which includes the right to have your data updated or destroyed; the right to know that your requests to update or destroy the data were carried out; the right to oppose – for legitimate reasons – that your personal data are processed for purposes included in those you consented to.
